Her culinary journey is rooted in the ancient and transformative art of fermentation, where she blends tradition with innovative flair to create delicious and healthful foods and techniques that remove boundaries and create access to all. An ever so important part of any retreat is the food, but the also the energy of the person creating it.

Jess is known for creating an inclusive, warm and loving environment in both retreat and workshops, believing that these are the pillars for growth and community.
